The annual spring cleanup will take place on Saturday, June 8, 2013. Friday, June 7 is the regularly scheduled trash/recycling pickup and that will take place then. This and more news can be found in the 2013 Springdale Newsletter by going to Resources.
The Town of Springdale is located in southwestern Dane County, Wisconsin, southwest of the City of Madison, between the City of Verona and the Village of Mount Horeb.
Residing on the eastern edge of southwestern Wisconsin's driftless (unglaciated) area, Springdale's topography is varied with rolling hills and attractive valleys hosting natural springs that feed some of the finest trout streams in the State. The thirty-six square mile area of Springdale lies within the Upper Sugar River Watershed. The mixture of open fields and woodlands provides a habitat for deer, turkey, pheasant, and other game. The abundant natural resources and magnificent scenic vistas create a wonderful area for people to live and pursue a variety of activities.
